Actually, the advertisement I saw was quite good, but probably only ever "released" to Internet viewers, or as a special promotional video at the LA International Auto Show last year.

Has anyone ever seen a commercial or advertisement of any form?

I watch several different podcasts and I've seen the RAV4 EV advertised on a few of the podcasts. I do agree that their target market seems to be people who are technically inclined or at least tech aware. At least one of the podcasts is one from Revision3 called Tekzilla.
