Is there a way to keep track of charging history? In particular the total kwh charged? I suppose if I kept track of miles driven per month I could use the Entune miles/kwh number for each month to come up with a number. But if possible I'd like to track how many kwh go into the car over time. I don't have a separate meter for the car at home and if my first week of driving ends up being typical I may get the bulk of my charging from public chargers at work. I'm still learning about some of the software features on the car but haven't yet found this data. Thanks in advance for any tips.

A separate meter on your EVSE is probably your best bet (and it doesn't have to be a costly utility-sanctioned one), but as you mentioned that won't account for public charging. I guess using miles/kwh and miles and backing out charger efficiency would be the best way to estimate the total kwh in.

If you really wanted an accurate figure, I suppose you could splice in a meter on the AC lines going from the J1772 inlet to the on-board charger, but that seems like way more trouble than it's worth.

I've used a ChargePoint station once so far. Nice that their website states kwh usage per day and also the cumulative total. The usage history tab on the phone app shows kwh delivered and time spent charging (in my case 6.173 kwh in 51 minutes). Be nice if this sort of data was included in an 'app' on the Rav4 EV.
