beep at power off

for about a week now, i get a beep when i power off and there is a yellow exclamation on the dash above the trip summary. This is after a drive of about 20 miles (beginning with a full charge).

I don't know what it is trying to tell me. how do i find out what the yellow exclamation is for???

the vehicle seems normal in all respects.

Try changing the battery in your key fob.

Mine has done this as well randomly, have no clue what its for.

The key fob idea is good. I need to get some batteries (CR1632) and since I no longer have a Radio Shack nearby, I cannot find them locally. So, I am waiting for Amazon to deliver and I will know if it is the fob.

I guess I could just switch fobs and see as well.

Well, I finally replaced the key fob battery and the beep/yellow-exclamation does not occur at power off.

So, I guess it was as simple at the battery getting low.
