I realize this is a bit of a stagnating thread, but I put these on just this week. My wife's identical 2013 has an identical sticker as well.

I scraped this together after finding a free Tesla font. Outdoor grade vinyl should hold up better than those peeling surfing stickers I've been seeing around town.
