Electrical troubles with my RAV4

My RAV4 is having some electrical issues. It's not shifting gears properly and won't charge. I think this might be related to a recent battery change. I replaced the 12V battery without disconnecting the main pack. After scanning for codes, I found a BMS_f063 Recharge Failure Alert. I've already reinstalled the main pack and double-checked everything, but the problem is still there. Does anyone have any suggestions?

No.
From his description, he replaced the 12v battery, and he also had the main pack (HV battery) out for some reason. That's my interpretation of what I'm reading above. It's a little foggy.
