Bluetooth Tethering via Entunes?

I'm not sure if this has always been the case, but I'm able to tether my Internet connection from my phone to the Rav4EV by having Entunes running on my iPhone and selecting the Apps menu on the display. I know it was possible to do this via USB before. Was Bluetooth tethering introduced as a Entunes software update or was the feature always there?

It's been there at least since I've had my RAV4 EV (beginning of March).

It's been there since the beginning. It's their preferred way of updating.
