Also, what happens when you plug in a car that has the vehicle charge timer enabled and then plug one in that is set to charge immediately? Naturally, you would want all but the minimum pilot to go to the car that wants to charge now.

When two cars are plugged in and only one is receiving power (for whatever reason), the charging car gets 100% and the idle car gets a 50% pilot. At first glance, this would seem to be problematic, since that's more power than is available. In essence, the Hydra is writing a check it can't cash. To resolve this, if the 2nd car requests power, it will get a delayed response. The first car's pilot will be reduced to 50% and it will have 4 seconds to reduce its draw. If it doesn't, it is errored-out. In any event, 4.5 seconds after requesting it, the second car's power is turned on.
