Roof molding flying off

I had a roof molding on the driver side (the black long piece on top) that flew off the car at about 25K. It was replaced under warranty. Guess what, the same part flew away at 38K miles and the dealer now wants $200 fix it. Has anyone experience the same problem with the black piece flying off the car?

Mine was partially ripped off by a drive-thru car was once. I pressed it back into place and it has survived several washes since.

Mine flew away as well at 10k miles. I've been going without it. I'll try to get it fixed under warranty.

I lost one around 10k to 12k and the dealer replaced it under warranty. If it comes off again I expect they should replace it as it is not glued on or tightly held.
