And it looks like someone took a dump in the driver seat...

It might be that the vehicle has been repaired, but this car has not been kept in "great shape".

Looks fine to me. As far as odor is could be musty smell from AC or vents from sitting too long. Best to just go check it out. The price is higher than what I would pay but its definitely worth a look if its close by.

I think Structural Damage is not the correct wording for their report. Severity says 2 so I assume they mean dings and dents. They list them throughout the report and nothing seems out of the ordinary for a 3 year old car parked in southern California.

The one dent near the chargeport looks as though it was popped out but it may just be the lighting from the wash an wax. Other than that looks fine if dent is still ask for discount.

The car seems to be in OK shape, but too expensive, even without the dings and stains. With the dings and stains, I'd want a big discount.
