I just purchased a 2013 Rav4 EV. I was trying to access the charging station map and got the above message. Do I need to have a Safety Connect subscription for this to work?

I have Plugshare on my phone so it's not really a big deal if I can't get it in the car.

Also, I have my ipod connected through the USB jack, and I listen to podcasts almost exclusively, is there a way to scrub forward or back?

yes but it so awful you would have to park and fiddle with it for half an hour.

Try holding the up button on the steering wheel. A tap will skip tracks, maybe holding it will scrub. Personally, I just listen to Podcasts at 1.5X through my iPhone on Bluetooth.
