The Mitisubishi Outlander plug-in hybrid (with CHAdeMO) is the closest one on the horizon. The Model X really isn't a competitor with all wheel drive, about double the power, three rows of seating, and double the price tag.

Well, there was a New York resident who managed to very recently take advantage of this, but of course, Toyota USA officially will not.
