A few days ago, I accidentally forgot to close the charging port lid before backing out of my garage (which is quite tight). Unfortunately, the lid got damaged when it hit the garage wall. Since then, my car has been charging, but it only charges up to 70.5 km of range, regardless of the outside temperature or how long it’s plugged in.
Previously, I was consistently getting 77-80 km per charge, so this drop is quite noticeable. There are no error messages about the lid being open, and the lid is still fully closing (but is slightly loose/BROKEN where it fits).
Has anyone else experienced something similar? Could the damage to the lid or hinge affect the charging system? Or is there something else I should check?
