Would love to get your feedback wherever you end up going as I have the EXACT SAME things I'd like serviced. The dash rattle for me is located on the instrument cluster, and near the glove box. Both seem to be amplified when the weather warms and flexes the dash.

Petaluma is selling a new 2012 for 36k right now so definitely not a great deal as I assume you'll lose the 0% and federal incentives. Check out Craigslist and type in 2012 Rav4 EV if its not too late

Never tried a aftermarket, but I ended up picking up a OEM on E-bay. There are good deals to be had if you're patient enough for a new or like new on the bay.

Finally closed the show with a friend of mine on a couple '12 EVs. After $9300 incentive, purchased in Norcal for $37,888 + TTL before $2500/$7500 state/fed incentives. There are a few '12s in Norcal out there so still some decent deals to be had.

Thanks for the reply. I'm open to waiting on a '13. I'll check in with Walnut Creek to see if they are more aggressive since it is closer to month end tomorrow.
