Noisy pump at idle

When I idle the vehicle, it seems to do a lot of cycling back and forth on what I believe to be the battery cooling pump? Am I correct on that? It's kind of annoying as it is louder than my hybrids and my leaf!

The pumps are visible under the hood, so it should be easy to isolate the "noisy" one!

It's a fan that turns on and off every 30 sec
