I ran into another RAV4 EV last weekend at the plug-in day event, but it was a Toyota engineer from the testing grounds, showing off a beta car. He designed and tweaked the suspension.

You will likely know the person, TickTock (he was at the January Scottsdale Nissan Love Fest with Andy Palmer) is having a celebration of some sort at his work.
