HELP!! Part searching fiasco.

Hello Everyone,
We own an auto repair shop and one of our good personal friends brought us his 2014 Rav4 EV. We are mainly a Tesla repair facility so are very familiar with the drive units. HOWEVER, our dear friends rotor input shaft (the gears inside the Drive unit) , has internal damage where the teeth are worn. Does anyone know here to find this piece? or does anyone have one they will sell? willing to pay a decent amount for this. We can not find it anywhere and just want help our friends! Any leads or ideas are much appreciated!!!!

He is an extremely experienced RAV4 EV and MB B250e tech, and has kindly put many vids on YT about various issues with them. He repairs and rebuilds the LDUs (Drive Units) on these weekly, and has at least one vid on a complete teardown/rebuild on YT. Typical repairs on the LDU run $4-10k -- the rustier yours is inside, the more expensive the repair, as if you let them go long enough, the stator windings gets soaked and the HV isolation resistance cannot be easily restored. There's ReVolt in Arizona that says they can do it, but add $$$ to the repair.
