Cant get 2013 Toyota RAV4 into gear from Neutral? Would appreciate any help plz?

Car is in Neutral. I camt get it in gear .tow truck driver did something inside the car around the gear shift to put it in Neutral so he could roll it onto the flatbed. He didn't tell me what he did and how to put it back the way it was. How do I fix this,?

1. Ready mode is not available and the Check EV System message is present.
2. The HV battery is completely discharged.

Are you talking about a RAV4 EV, or is this a regular gas powered model? This forum is dedicated to the EV. They are world's apart when it comes to this sort of thing.
