So I have a 2nd gen RAV4 EV (I feel old LOL) that came with an SPI charger. But I can't find any of these anymore. Does anyone know where I could grab some?

Are you sure it's a second gen? The SPI chargers were made for first generation, for cars from 1998 to 2003 I think. We had two of those cars for quite some time. The packs don't like Florida heat.

For Gen1, I believe there is a way to convert (or add to) the MagneCharge (J1773) inductive charging port to the now common round connector Yazaki J1772, but . . . few people here will be able to help, as we're mainly focused on the Gen2, which as a completely different set of maintenance/modification issues.

The ambiguity of the English language makes the question more confusing when I re-read it. He has a 2nd generation Rav4EV that came with an SP1 charger and wants to find "some." Is he wanting to find more SP1 chargers, more 2nd generation Rav4EVs or more first generation Rav4EVs?

I read it as they are looking for a charger. The some definitely provides the confusion though. Change it to “one” and it’s less confusing.
But I suspect that it’s for first generation.
