Exactly. When my 12V battery died, I had similar chaos. A dozen or so reboots after the new battery finally got the car driving, but it took a trip to the dealer to clear out all the codes. Good luck.

Just about any Toyota dealer in LA can do service. I use Glendale Toyota, simply because they are closest to me. I'd give them 7/10. They do have trained techs and the work gets done correctly, but most people at the dealership are clueless about the vehicle.
