I'll first try hokiematt's suggestion to remove the fuses. Sounds logical. Thanks. Another option would be to connect the hoses by a pipe and bypass the component, 'cause, it is hard to connect-detach the OBC hose on the passenger side, it is upside down.

I blocked both the hoses and the tubes by male & female rubber plugs and clamped, as in the attached pics. Would they stand the pressure of the pumps?

Agree. However, affordable Solid State batteries (SS) are not out yet. It needs another year or two.. The thing is; I love my RAV4 EV, but my new job requires a longer range. Sadly, I am looking for a new EV, because I cannot extend its range.

I wonder if the 250 mi range battery of the new bZ4X would fit into 2012 RAV4 EV. That would be ideal for an upgrade.

RAV4 EV main battery power is 18kW. Intended solar system power is 2560W (101V x 25A). MPPT is 120V, 30A. Logically, I should be able to plug the PV output directly into the ChaDeMo port. With this low Wattage, I even may not need to run the A/C. Any thoughts? Thanks
