Have you updated all the software on the car yet? You have to take it to a Toyota dealership to do this.

Ravcharge worked last night! Love ravcharge!!! All entune functions are working for my car.

I was able to start charging the car tonight with the entune app. Everything seems to be back and working as it should. :D I'm looking forward to seeing if ravcharge works tonight.

I too got a call back today from Kevin Spilane with Toyota Customer Service about Entune - he left a message saying that he was sending my case directly to their Technical Team. And, I should get a call from one of them by tomorrow. He also stated that they would be able to resolve all my issues...

Nice to see yours appears to be working tailgate ... After seeing your post I tried to get entune to charge now - nothing - except a message on the app that told me charging now was unsuccessful and to try again later. Perhaps some systems are working and some are not. Anyone else having success?

My entune is not working. I tried to use the charge now command - and nothing happened. The car did not start charging. Entune is still down and not working.

Hey eplantz, Would you try plugging your car in to charge and use the entune app to instruct the car to "Charge Now" - and let us know if your rav begins to charge. When I got home tonight I tried it and the car would not charge on command from the entune app. Thanks.

Call them and they will help you. They are available on the weekends too. I called on a Sunday morning and had a new unit installed by the afternoon. They have great customer service. I just wish I could say they have great chargers. I ended up sending mine back to amazon for a refund and...
