charging error

been getting the charging malfunction error messages for awhile, i noticed when I switched from scheduled charging to anytime it happened less. Have it in for the 75k service coolant flush, opened my yap and theyre spending all their time trying to diagnose...of course since its not the Levitan approved charger, thats where they'll point to next. Using a Bosch PowerMax 40A, 9.6kW charger that I got that was approved for the MB we have. Betting after I pay a hefty fee to look it over...they'll recommend a new charger. Ive gone thru most of the past posts, any I've overlooked that might point to something? They checked the ECM firmware first thing so?

I have problem 2016 Kia Sous EV fast charging.
Regular charging is ok but in faxt charfer charging station displeay write:
Fault. Communication error. Turn off the vehicle or put shift P.
What can be wrong?
Can somebody help me?
