Rav4 EV in shop - Battery coolant replacement

Quoted price is $550.

They just called and said they cant get computers to talk with Tesla network. Can't get them connected.
Does anyone know a phone number they can call for support on Tesla side?
Otherwise they can't change the coolant and my car stays another day there.

It's at Hanlees Toyota in Davis CA.

Do you have a warranty? All work needs to go through Toyota. Tesla wont help you at all.
