    Cleaning the inside of the speedometer plastic

    Hi, I own a 2009 rav4 and the inside of the speedometer plastic cover is dirty. That is, I need to take that plastic off in order to clean the inside of it. Is there an easy/harmless way to do this? Or should I go to the toyota service? Thanks!
