You guys are probably hearing the low speed noise maker. Its a speaker under the 12v battery that makes a jetsons like noise so pedestrians can hear you. It goes away as you speed up, I dont remember what speed exactly but around 10 mph. By that point you cant hear it over the wind noise anyway...

There are 4 bolts. You remove them and lift out the seat. I think there were a couple harnesses. Unclip then and pull the seat out carefully. The tracks will scratch panels and doors if you aren’t careful.

It looks like I am the only poster who has actually removed the passenger seat. Yes you can remove it without any warnings or issues. Ive done it multiple times. No issues.

IDK if it is covered. Id assume it wasnt but I really dont know. Call a dealer to find out. Where are you located? It would probably be cheaper to find a replacement seat with a working heater than to go to a dealer. Call a dealer for a quote though.

Everyone can have their opinions and any one of you could be right. This is an odd case that I personally haven't heard of before. With that said, I'd start with the cheapest option possible, a tire balance check. That might not be it, it could be much worse like other commenters have said, IMHO...

Not just rotating them. You could’ve lost a wheel weight. They won’t balance tires during a rotation unless you ask them to.

The tires could be out of balance. Have them checked out. That would be the easiest and cheapest problem to fix so lets hope thats what it is.
