From my lab testing (found elsewhere in this forum), cycling the cells down to low depths of discharge is worse than using extended charge. So use extended charge and just enjoy the extra available range.

Or the DC/DC is bad and the 12V gave all that it could the first time. Then when hit with 5 min recharge, died again because the DC/DC should have taken over.

I'm pretty sure both battery coolant and motor/controller coolant are recommended at 40k. Either I'm over due or going to be slightly early. Either way, I'll be good for another 2 years.

I didn't have to compress anything. The most confusing part may be that they label each side as L and R, but with reference to what? I believe I mounted them the same as Fromport and it was very easy to install the shocks.

When I got mine, I did not have to verify the mileage in person (I live in Texas and purchased the VSA in Massachusetts). I took a picture of the odometer, but he didn't need it. He just asked what my mileage was and he filled out the paperwork accordingly.
