One of my Rav's was serviced in Berkley till I moved to the mountains. The Berkley EV tech was highly rated. I would check if he is still there - not too far from Toyota Marin(who serviced my other Rav for years). Tony and QC Charge are still there - I think they were closed over the holidays.

Toyota Marin replaced the cabin heater and DC to DC converter - gave me a rental car - picked up yesterday - everything seems to be working ok - took a week - start to finish - pretty good service experience.

Toyota Marin has the parts and the car is going in tomorrow for the extended warranty "inspector" to approve. Hopefully this will get fixed this week.
