this is why the $7500 tax credit should be limit one per person (or corp entity) per year (lease company excluded).
dealers been doing this with volts, leaf, now rav4s. buying them, get the credit, then sell it for almost the same as MSRP.
i want a used rav4 ev too. but after all credits/discounts. (i can understand some mark up, but not MSRP for a used car).

did it allow to charge while driving?
from what i understand, most EV's or EREVs dont allow the car to shift out of drive, if pluged up.
(or at least i know my volt wont)
