Thanks, all, for your input! I don’t know the root cause of the issue, but the dealer quoted $5k to replace it a couple of years ago. I’ll research it more, but I think it’s more likely that I’ll be stuck with some firmware issue if it didn’t come out of another RAV4 EV. Thanks!

My touch screen has been intermittent/dysfunctional and needs to be replaced. I'm looking for a replacement, maybe from a vehicle being parted out? Any tips appreciated. Thanks! Dorian
