2014 RAV4 EV won't charge

Yikes, 2.85 V per cell is pretty low :eek:

Unfortunately, the only info given in the service manual for fault code CHG_f002 is to replace the charger unit. If indeed the internal HV fuses were blown, other components may have been damaged. I have a spare working charger if you're interested, PM me for more info.

Note. This alarm code CHG_f002 cannot be caused by faulty charger fuses. When they burn out, a completely different code is written in the system.
Вesides this, this code may have another reason (not only an internal malfunction of the charger).
262 volts is unacceptably low voltage, but not fatal. And HV battery can be put into working condition.
