    The first replacement was on 4/29/15 and the second will be on 6/16/16. been living with the low speed whistling for about 6 months and it seems to be getting progressively louder.

    55k now, my first replacement was around 27k. Two very different sounds at dierent speed ranges, the first was a Hum at 65 MPH and now this one whistles at 27-35MPH

    Yes, mine preconditions plugged in or not. and yes preconditioning runs off the main traction battery and if its plugged in the AC current just powers the onboard charger to top off the battery. I think this is how it normally operates.

    Yes, and I'm sure after a few more restarts the warning will go away :? So basically nothing has changed for me after the recall update, I have never experienced loss of power while driving just the occasional Check EV System fault when powering on (about 4 times in the 2 years of ownership)...
