    Just be thankful it only took 3 days. When my on board charger failed at 7100 miles my rav sat at Toyota for 43 days before Tesla supplied the part to repair. I've since put 22,000 miles on it with no problems.

    At least you were given an approximate date. Mine sat at Toyota carlsbad waiting for a replacement on board charger and was never given any timeframe until the part arrived at the dealer.....43 days later. Good luck.

    Wawanesa.com Local company out of San Diego. Great rates but they will only accepted clean records. My new rav4 ev was only slightly more to insure than my 5 year old Prius.

    The reason I asked is because I had the same issue. In my experience when the vehicle wouldn't charge on 240 but would charge on 110 is was a firmware issue which was fixed with an update. When the vehicle failed to charge on 240 and 110 is was a charger failure.
